Q. How can I benefit from utilizing your service?
A. Think of us as your personal assistant, and no, not only the rich and famous can afford to have one. We offer a wide range of services, from errands to a notary. We will partner with you to tackle all those tedious tasks on your to do list.
Q. How does the Errand Service work?
A. Very Simple, call us to do your initial free consultation we will work together to customize a plan that best fit your needs. Once we come to an understanding, you can start by making your normal to do list, call in, fax, email or simply fill out the form on our contact us page, we will send you confirmation by sending a service contract for one-time service or ongoing service.
For time management purposes, we require 24-hour notice, however, we do understand things do come up unexpectedly and we will try to fit it in our schedule for that day, depending on the task. Service outside of our normal business hours is billed at time and a half. Remember time is of the essence, our schedule is set up 48 to 24in advance. Planning our day ahead of time is very vital to our business and clients.

Q. How will I pay for your service?
A. It depends. Our hourly rates do not include the cost of additional products or services. We respectfully request payment at the time services are rendered. Errand services requiring any purchases are due in advance and can be paid by cash or PayPal for faster service. Rates are subject to change without any prior notification.
We accept Cash Payments, Money Transfer, Personal and Business Checks, PayPal (AMEX, Visa, Discover, Master Card). Returned checks will be charged $35 plus any additional bank fees. In the event that you should have a return check, we will only accept cash, certified checks, money orders or traveler’s cheques for any future service. We may also impose a travel fee $0.50 per mile and a minimum per hourly rate if we need to make an additional trip to retrieve payment per your request.
Q. What are your normal business hours?
A. We are open Mon – Fri 8 am – 5 pm and Saturdays and some holidays by appointment only. Closed major holidays (New Year’s Day; Fourth of July; Thanksgiving; Christmas Day). Please give us a call if you have an emergency outside of our normal business hours, this time will be billed at one and a half per hour.
